Product recall notifications 

In the event of a product issue or recall, suppliers should email all notifications to: scmrecalls@mayo.edu.

Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allows recall notices to be sent by email. Paper is no longer required.

You agree that any prescriptions that you acquire from a Provider will be solely for your personal use. All advertising content on Mayo Clinic's health information website or in one of our newsletters is clearly labeled as an advertisement. If you want to designate a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card, you must change your information online.

We advise users to always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions regarding personal health or medical conditions.
